Wordle explanations are posted a day late to ensure that no one accidentally sees the solution before playing.
Line 1: It’s always nice when words outperform their statistical probability – this one, however, did not. The “A” is my only clue, but it’s in the wrong place.
Line 2: Reverting to “beast” here, to keep the “A” out of the second spot. It’s nice to get the “S” and the “E”.
Line 3: More letters in the incorrect spots, but the “N” is nice to have. Now I have 4 of the five letters, but no sense of order.
Line 4: I guess that maybe the “S” and the “N” might go together. Logically “E” and “A” might as well, epecially considering that the “A” can’t be in the third spot. With guessing “SNEA”, the only logical thing to play is “sneak”.
