Wordle explanations are posted a day late to ensure that no one accidentally sees the solution before playing.
Line 1: “Medal” did very well!
Line 2: “Slate” did even better
Line 3: I got really, really lucky with “valet” here! I just kept shuffling positions, making sure that the letters weren’t going to be used in the same place. Once I shuffled them around to “ALET”, the “V” became the obvious choice, but I was still very pleasantly surprised that it was actually the solution, because I wasn’t quite expecting that.
